Services

PBS provides the following services:

• Insurance billing (frequency is based on provider preference)
• Monthly client statements
• Generation of monthly provider reports (aging, provider activity, etc.)
• Follow-up on insurance denials
• Secondary insurance billing
• Telephone availability for providers and their clients to call with questions

Optional services at additional charge:

• Insurance benefit checking
• Support with insurance panel credentialing, contracting, etc.
• Follow-up on billing issues that occurred prior to PBS involvement
